After your purchase you will receive an email from the ticketing provider with instructions on where, when and how to pick up or print your tickets.

What if my tickets don’t print?

If your receipt will not print, please contact the ticketing provider you purchased the tickets through to resolve the problem.

What if I lose internet connection or have limited internet access?

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost internet connections during the purchasing process. Be assured that all your personal and credit card information is protected by and secure. Our partners have installed the best security protections on the internet.

Can I purchase tickets for any other dates?

How do I know if my purchase went through?

The ticketing provider will send you a confirmation that your purchase is complete. make sure you check your spam filter if you do not receive confirmation in a timely manner.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation e-mail?

Check your spam filter for the email. If you cannot find the confirmation, contact the ticketing provider you purchased the tickets from to resolve the issue.

What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

After you pick up your tickets, pelase put them in a safe place prior to entering the theatre. Should your tickets be lost or stolen you should contact the box office and the police to resolve the issue.

Is there a service charge when purchasing tickets through TheaterAdvisor.com?

TheaterAdvisor.com does not charge a separate fee for tickets purchased through our site. Our ticketing partners do charge service fees and those fees should be displayed prominently during the purchasing process.

Can I choose my seat location when purchasing my ticket(s)?

Yes, our ticketing partners will allow you to choose which section of the theater you would like to sit in and at what price level.

Do you offer wheelchair seating?
