I saw A Life in the Theatre (Broadway) on 10/14/10. Overall, I'd say it was a 5-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “a witty look at life backstage”

I had a wonderful time and left the show feeling satisfied (with aching cheeks) and happy. I'd describe the show as intelligent, humourous, and fast-paced. When t.r.'s character is listening for his cue was a highlight of the show because Patrick Stewart was really distracting and the scene went impeccably. If this were a movie, I'd rate it PG-13. I would recommend this show to anyone but not to those who dislike stories about the theatre.

I saw this show because I love both actors. I would see it again. I sat in the center mezzanine area of the theater. The view was clear and the seats were very tiny; old old broadway.

One of the best shows of the year; too bad it ended so soon.
