I saw Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes (Off Broadway) on 01/26/11. Overall, I'd say it was a 5-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “A masterful production - fresh, powerful, and meaningful. Definitely worth the investment! ”

I had a wonderful time and left the show feeling hopeful and empowered. I'd describe the show as vibrant, immersive, and important. Zachary quinto's portrayal of louis was a highlight of the show because he embodied the character with nuance and just the right balance of vulnerability and bravado . If this were a movie, I'd rate it R. I would recommend this show to everyone but not to kids.

I saw this show because I had read wonderful reviews. I would see it again. I sat in the center orchestra area of the theater. The view was great and the seats were fine.

This was one of the most amazing theatrical experiences I've ever had. It was very moving and completely engrossing, thanks to the incredibly sensitive acting and the evocative direction, not to mention the writing, which is still as fresh and relevant today as when the show first came out. If time and finances permitted, I would see it over and over again. Go get tickets before it closes!
