I saw Bells Are Ringing (Off Broadway) on 11/20/10. Overall, I'd say it was a 5-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “It's a charming gem of a show. O'Hara and Chase were delightful.”

I had a fabulous time and left the show feeling transported and joyous. I'd describe the show as charming, funny, and old-fashioned. Kelli o'hara was a highlight of the show because she has a stunning voice. If this were a movie, I'd rate it PG-13. I would recommend this show to everyone but not to kids.

I saw this show because I love Kelli O'Hara and I wanted to see an Encores! show. I would see it again. I sat in the center balcony area of the theater. The view was clear, but very, very far away and the seats were fine.

I wasn't familiar with Bells Are Ringing, so I went in pretty clueless. I was completely drawn in by the show, and especially by the great performances. I was shocked that Kelli O'Hara was completely off-book, and overall, very impressed with her comedic timing. She's not known as a comedic actor, but she certainly showed that she can play comedy with the best of 'em. I'm sad that it was such a limited run and done in such a bare bones style because I would love to see this as a fully mounted production.
