I saw Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (Off Broadway) on 05/05/10. Overall, I'd say it was a 4-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “Incredibly entertaining and surprisingly relevant”

I had a stupendous time and left the show feeling invigorated and provoked. I'd describe the show as very smart, hilarious, and a lot of fun. The ten little indians song was a highlight of the show because it was at once hilarious and heartbreaking. If this were a movie, I'd rate it PG-13. I would recommend this show to friends, co-workers but not to children.

I saw this show because a former classmate is in the cast and I heard it was incredible. I would see it again. I sat in the left orchestra area of the theater. The view was decent and the seats were comfortable.

I loved this show. The script and lyrics are incredibly intelligent and witty; they made me want to learn more about the actual historical events while making me laugh every other line. I think the playwright did a great job of showing both the light and dark sides of Andrew's tenure as president and making it resonate with the social and political climate of the present. The acting was overall very good, though I wish the singing had been a bit stronger. The voice types of the players didn't really suit the piece and was a little distracting.
