A Review of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (Broadway)
By Jack H., September 15, 2011
I saw How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (Broadway) on 09/14/11. Overall, I'd say it was a 5-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “it ios a revival that should NOT be missed!”
Run to see this production before Daniel Radcliff leaves the show. He is magic on the stage. He sings well but can dance like crazy! The Brotherhood of Man number brought down the house! John Laroquette was also very funny and the scenes with he and Dan were great. Two comic actors at the top of their game. The supporting cast was fantastic as well. This is a show with few long lasting songs and it leans on the actors to bring the production home. The sets were 60's chic and well done. I never saw the original or the previous revival so the show was new to me.
