I saw Jersey Boys (Broadway) on 05/31/09. Overall, I'd say it was a 4-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “Oh, What a Night! (Yes I know how corny I am right now)”

I had a really fun time and left the show feeling entertained and mostly pleased how much my mom enjoyed the show. I'd describe the show as lively, enjoyable, and filled with amazing songs. Cant take my eyes off you aka i love you baby was a highlight of the show because that song within the context of this show really moved me. If this were a movie, I'd rate it PG-13. I would recommend this show to older folks or old souls like me but not to kids.

I saw this show because my mom is a big fan of the Four Seasons. I would see it again. I sat in the center orchestra area of the theater. The view was fantastic and the seats were good.

I really never realized how many hit songs the Four Seasons had until I saw this show. And unlike Mamma Mia, they dont seem forced to fit an arbitrary plot. Many times the songs are presented as if the group is performing for a concert or recording the music, but they do incorporate some other songs that blend in with the overall story about the ups and downs of becoming and trying to remain a top music act.
