I saw Leap of Faith (Broadway) on 04/28/12. Overall, I'd say it was a 2-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “I don't think I would have rooted for any of the characters in this show”

I had a an interesting time and left the show feeling perplexed and disappointed. I'd describe the show as energetic with some good music and underscoring. The rain (spoiler) was a highlight of the show because I knew that signaled the end of the show. If this were a movie, I'd rate it PG-13. I would recommend this show to Alan Menken and Raul Esparza fans fans but not to anyone else.

I saw this show because of all the negative buzz. I wouldn't see it again. I sat in the mezzanine area of the theater. The view was clear and the seats were cramped - same as always.
