I saw Lend Me A Tenor (Broadway) on 04/15/10. Overall, I'd say it was a 4-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “Fun show full of life and energy”

I had a great time and left the show feeling refreshed and giggly. I'd describe the show as hilarious, witty, and charming. The one-liners was a highlight of the show because they kept it light and funny. If this were a movie, I'd rate it PG-13. I would recommend this show to friends but not to kids.

I saw this show because I saw another production and enjoyed it. I would see it again. I sat in the center orchestra area of the theater. The view was fantastic and the seats were comfortable.

Clearly I enjoyed the show. However, I was a little disappointed with the lack of slap-stick door-slamming coordination I had experienced in the other production (by Portland Stage a few years ago). Also, I wish the singing had been better. It was a bit distracting; especially at the end.

That aside, I think this is a great show and perfect for a fun evening out.
