I saw Naked Boys Singing (Off Broadway) on 08/20/10. Overall, I'd say it was a 4-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “A fun, campy, and sexy but surprisingly innocent romp!”

I had a enjoyable time and left the show feeling amused and titillated. I'd describe the show as funny, cute, and clever. The gorgeous, multitalented cast was a highlight of the show because they demonstrated vocal, acting & dance chops bravely in the buff. If this were a movie, I'd rate it R. I would recommend this show to people with a sense of humor and especially women and gay men but not to anyone with serious hangups about nudity, or homophobes.

I saw this show because I was given free tickets. I would see it again. I sat in the center orchestra area of the theater. The view was excellent and the seats were decent.

For a show featuring completely nude men singing occasionally racy songs, NBS is oddly wholesome and honest, even. It celebrates the male body and yet at the same time you almost start to forget that they're naked up there! The songs are quite catchy as well as witty, and it's refreshing to have a little male objectification for a change.
