I saw Next To Normal (Broadway) on 02/07/10. Overall, I'd say it was a 5-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “This show is amazing on every level possible. It is truely inspirational, and has change my life.”

After waiting almost a year, I finally got the oppertunity to see next to normal on broadway in february. A fan of the show since it's off-broadway run, I was excited to finally see it live. I knew this show was going to be something special the minute I heard the 30 second prelude. The music in this show is so amazing, and also so varying. Every song is adifferent genre, from thrashing rock to folk, and yet they all work so well together. The lyrics we're strong, poignant, and to the point. every single performer onstage was phenomenal. Not only we're their voices strong, but they just radiated passion for the piece they were acting. (Not to mention they were all very nic at the stage door). After seeing this on Broadway in Feb., i went to see it again in april, and will bee seeing it for the 3rd (and definetly not the last) time in july.
