I saw Next To Normal (Broadway) on 08/14/10. Overall, I'd say it was a 5-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “Amazing show! Realistic, heartwrenching, uplifting. True and honest look at mental illness.”

I had a n unbelievable time and left the show feeling emotionally charged and would see this show again and again. I'd describe the show as truthful, honest, and uplifting. The end was a highlight of the show because it showed hope and promise. If this were a movie, I'd rate it PG-13. I would recommend this show to everyone but not to small children.

I saw this show because it was a subject close to my heart. I would see it again. I sat in the center orchestra area of the theater. The view was clear and the seats were amazing.

An amazing portrail of the struggles a family goes through when dealing with mental illness. Many believe it is the patient that is suffering when it affects so many. This show was so accurate in displaying how it affects more than just the patient. The music was incredible, the actors amazing and the play overall one of the best I have ever seen. For me, there were no downsides to this.
