I saw Next To Normal (Broadway) on 12/11/10. Overall, I'd say it was a 1-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “I guess my idea of going out to NYC for dinner and a show is to seek a more uplifting topic. ””

I had a disappointing time time and left the show feeling depressed and disappointed. I'd describe the show as Dark, depressing, and brutal.

I saw this show because I heard it was good. I wouldn't see it again. I sat in the center orchestra area of the theater. The view was clear and the seats were ok.
