I saw The Lion King (Broadway), but I don't remember exactly when. Overall, I'd say it was a 5-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “Wow, that was a creative GENIUS of a show”

I had a inspiring time and left the show feeling moved and in awe. I'd describe the show as genius, amazing, and mind blowing. The amazing puppetry, and sets was a highlight of the show because they sophisticativley depicted the african culture. If this were a movie, I'd rate it G. I would recommend this show to everyone but not to people who have no taste.

I saw this show because I take my mother when shes in the city, its her favorite. I would see it again. I sat in the center orchestra area of the theater. The view was full view and the seats were comfortable.

The Lion King, is the Phantom of The Opera and Les Miz of my generation, it will NEVER end, and its just a classic. This show is just GENIUS, Taymor's creations are just mind blowing. This show depicts talking lions and birds in a sophisticated way, and you take it very seriously, and that's why I think this show is so successful. This show is a must see, for both theater regulars and first timers, you will not be disappointed. The Lion King is perhaps one of the most inspirational shows that has EVER hit the great white way! It brings tears to your eyes.
