I saw West Side Story (Broadway), but I don't remember exactly when. Overall, I'd say it was a 4-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “a not so good revival, but the music made up what it was lacking in direction.”

I had a good time and left the show feeling that I wanted more and amazed with the music. I'd describe the show as musical genius, great dancing, and badly directed. The re-creation of the original choreography was a highlight of the show because thats what made that show so iconic. If this were a movie, I'd rate it PG. I would recommend this show to theater regulars but not to first time Broawday goers.

I saw this show because I was interested in the revival. I wouldn't see it again. I sat in the center orchestra area of the theater. The view was a full view and the seats were annoyingly squeeky.
